Log into your account or visit our Support Center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and small components are included.
Ship It Back
Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for security.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
